Hi, I'm wondering if I remember this correctly for I can find it nowhere on the net.

The album is from around 1980. It is called Contagerous from the Mighty Hepatones.

Is this correct? The record was yellow.

Some tracks on it were (according to my memory)
- Contangerous, piece of lyric that I remember:

I'm like searching 20 years for this album, it has a very nice soulful deep bass roots tune. If someone could help me out I would be very happy.
P.S. I think that the song Madness was also a track on this album. Lyrics:

Or is it because of to much smoking
I don't know I want know
(and further on...)

This album has taken over my soundsystem over the last few days ! An absolute corker . Some of the tracks are avaliable in an early reggae form on the Trojan CD - The Maytones " Brown Girl In The Ring " - CDTRL 363 and on an LP - " Reggae Flight 404 " - TBL 115 .

not a rare album at all.. Last time I was in London I saw 4 or 5 copies in a few days. Have seen it here in my country also quite a few times during the years (often only 5 or 10 euro !)

It should be easy to find a copy..

Guys, thank you very much. You are true connoisseurs. And on a side note, I now found Boat to Zion too. It all started with me thinking that it was the Heptones.

Madness is one of the best albums I've ever heard. An incredible set all the way through.
