Original tune or cover?

Hey guys!
I was just listening to the Pepper Pots' "My Little Girl" and wondering, if this a cover or not. Since most of their songs are soul/ska/rocksteady covers it's not unlikely that this is another one . Couldn't find anything in the RA database or somewhere else on the net.
