King Tubby dubplate (?)

Someone's got what they claim is a "King Tubby dubplate" (see here:
http://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/132421437 ), but I'm just wondering if any can actually identify it as such by checking out this clip:

First cut sounds like a dub of the Prince Alla track, but I wonder whether it's an actual Tubby piece of work...

I believe these are recently pressed dubplates of released material. I saw this dubplate on eBay a while back.

yes its the real thing, really.. especially that 'One Blood' version sounds very much like tubbys haha
it looks more like a Soul Power dubplate to me
real King Tubbys dubplates oddly enough feature a King Tubbys Dubplate label
