did ub40 sample/borrow yabby you?

my friend who doesn't really know much about jamaican music heard me playing conquering lion dub and said it was the "same song" on a ub40 album.
i don't know any ub40 aside from them doing red red wine which i didn't care for.
i told my buddy i doubted it but you never know. at least i don't know.

just out of curiosity i checked the track, terrible house music
and yes it features the 'you yabby yabby youth' lyrics in a sample
but the sample in the intro is off course Big Youth - Marcus Mosiah Garvey on fox.
