Song variations between labels

Kind of new around here and have been trying to find variations of two of my favorite Markey songs and I am curious
about whether different label releases typically have different recordings.
The songs There She Goes/Lonesome feelings. I see this available on original pressings of
Wincox
Ska Beat
Coxsone
So I am curious if these would have different recordings or if they are probably the same since they are all Coxsone labels.
