Sought after tracks ...

I am looking for two track names if anyone knows them?

They are dub/roots from the early 90's and were played heavily in Southall dances.

I unfortunately only know a line of what each track kind of went like and it is as follows:

1) Here lie rasta, sitting pon Elijah

2) Never in a million years dub (Track sounded like the vocals of Paul Fox but not 100% sure it was him)

I know it is very very vague but thanks all the same.

B.

The second one is Paul Fox indeed. Tune called 'Never in a million years' from the year 1994.
The vocal version is on the album 'Positive Thinking' by Paul Fox.
The dub version is on the album 'Positive Dub/Tribulation Dub Vol.3'.
Both albums are produced by Robert Tribulation and released on the Word, Sound & Power label.

One Love

Thanks very much I-Defenda.

I used to have a friend who knew Robert Tribulation and he had some exclusive DAT recordings from Robert, this is where I heard "Never in a million years" and other tracks first, like "Writing on the wall". I have lost touch with that guy, but would love to get hold of some of those DATS.

Peace.

Number 1 might be a Danny Red tune, maybe available on The Herb VA album

Thanks Skunkride.

Haven't found the exact track but will keep searching.

There is another track name I require if I may ...

Female vocal/chorus is ...

"I am longing to see the promised land"

Peace.

Skunkride, found that track it is indeed Danny Red, a release called Jahoviah. Thanks for your input.

Does anyone know of the other track with the female vocal/chorus:

"I am longing to see the promised land"
