Song ID: "Strictly Rodigan Style" ?

Can anyone help me identify the original version of this song. A dub version called "Strictly Rodigan Style" is on the Roots Radics/Revolutionaries record Outernational Riddim.
Vocal snippet in the beginning says, "Rastaman sit up in his congregation..." Sounds a little like Prince Alla but don't think it's him...

Thanks for the input, Broggs' "Jah Golden Throne" is the riddim for the first dub on that LP, but the song I'm looking for the the next track on the LP, the one that's posted in the link...
