I found this track on youtube and like it! Can anyone recomend some other artist like this or compilations?
Also, what is this genre called?

This is Mungos hifi production , if you like it , you can search more of them on youtube. This is new digi style, steppas. ( i am wrong, correct please)

there's a mix of all sorts in here, at the begning at least, hip hop, rap, then i can here what sounds like Ranking Joe in there towards the end, so if u like that singing style it's called 'toasting' style check artists like, U-Brown, Trinity, I-Roy, Ranking Joe for the originators of the style but this track is clearly a modern one.
If you like this style check the UK Channel One label(do they still go by this name?) they do lots of great tunes, also SCOOPS label, Russ D, Bush Chemists, Dubateers, if you search russ d, Dougie Concious, or dubateers on youtube you will find plenty....i'm sure many others can give you some other good examples.
