Hi all,

I recently picked up this Super Cat LP for very cheap and now I'm wondering if it's the original press. I know it has been repressed. My sleeve and labels are identical to the ones here: http://www.discogs.com/viewimages?release=877400

Matrix number: WR-Super Cat L.P.-A- K.K. Mastering / WR-Super Cat L.P.-B- K.K. Mastering

Can anyone who owns this version or the repress tell me if this is the OG pressing? The sound is perfect.

My copy is 1986 original. The label is slightly different, pink with no dot effect like your scan and diferent lettering/layout on the credits.

Matrix is also different; side A has 'super cat LP' and 'WR [something scratched out] 21986 A'

B side has 'super cat LP' and 'WR21986 B'

the labels pictured on the discogs page are the orig US pressing.

the pink label is the JA press.

the record has been repressed likely a couple times but from the original stampers.

The reissues all seem to replace the green color on the front cover with yellow.
