gold - wealth of Africa
green - land of Africa

yes good question i wonder what colours a reggae flag has
the rastafarian one is basically the ethiopian flag

well , when i type "reggae flag" in google, red color is on top, if you type rasta flag ,red is down , so?....

Reggae is a musical genre. I don't know who told you about a 'reggae flag' but to the best of my knowledge there is none. Many people associate red gold and green with reggae because many artists are Rastas, yet plenty of artists who play reggae are not.
I'm not sure but I don't think that having red on top is really any different, but I do know that originally the Ethiopian flag (actually 3 pennants at the time) had red on top until 1897.

Flags are for nation-states. Musical genres don't have them, or need them.
