I can't figure out the first question. But there are two versions of Worries in the Dance. One on the "I'm not crazy" riddim and the other on the Showdown vol. 2 album.

The song is called "African Sounds" on the LP - Over The Wall.

His first (?) LP "Rich & Poor" on Classic rec is a very nice LP IMO. I listened to it a lot during the past month.

Your "(?)" is absolutely right, Wareika. 'Rich & Poor' is not the first album, though it collects the first recordings Frankie Paul made in 1979.
The first time FP appeared on an LP is 'Showdown Vol.2', the first full-length album that came out is 'Strange Feeling' on Techniques, released 1984.
'Rich & Poor' came in 1986.
