Hello,

Can you give me some precisons about this song ? I can not find any albums with this song ... As I saw in my 'investigation" I can only find this song on various compilations. It's weird, because I do no think that this great tune was only realised to be on a compilation or maybe one LP of 2 tracks ? It would be interesting for me to know who is the drummer of this great song, I believe that the drummer could be Carlton Barrett with his caracteristic drumming ... And maybe also the year of the recoring. But, definetely I can not find any "record credits" about that ...

The tune : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tzF8AFBfXCc

Soemone could help me ?

Big up !

Rascal Man is the title, False Rasta is the version side, it came on Observer 7", a Niney production.

For sure it's Carly barrett on drums from 1971, yes unique style and snare drum sound.

As far as I know, there are two different versions of this song with slightly different lyrics; both "Rascal Man" and "False Rasta" are vocal tracks.
