Help needed with ID please

Hi All
This seems like a great forum, hopefully one of the more knowledgeable heads on here can help me out with an ID as have had no luck so far on other dub / reggae forums
Its very vague but this is all I got to go on
Im basicaly working with a track Im producing using a vocal from a reggae track - I dont know the title or the artist. The quality of the acapella I have is very poor so Im trying to track down the original to see if I can get a cleaner version of it.
Would be great to know anyway just for my own interest.
Anyway - the lyrics (as far as I can make out) are....
Just like a young chief who is searching for water
I cant find a quarter to give to my daughter
Small man has no talk has no claim
Its the babylon man who controls the game
Push me Contrast???
Memories

Everyday

Any help would be hugely appreciated
