Just wanted to give the heads up on this compilation that has been released.

It is a 2 disc compilation containing 40 tracks worth of great roots music.

I Bought this a couple of day ago for £5.00 and it is superb value for money.

Several of the tracks are available elsewhere on CD but overall I would consider this an essential purchase and for the money you just cannot go wrong.

Have you taken delivery of this? Although I have seen it for £4.99, it isn't actually in stock.

The places I have seen it in stock it's £7.99.

Yes, I took delivery Monday morning.

I purchased it last week from a marketplace seller for the price of £4.98 + £1.24 P&P.

And like I said, it is well worth the money and would have happily paid £7.99 for sure.

Last week it was available from at least 4 sellers for under a £5.00.

I just picked what looked like the most relaible seller with the best rating.

I ordered it last Thursday morning and it arrived Monday morning.

With the CD you will find the first disc has quite a few tracks that are available elsewhere, especially the Lee Perry produced tracks.

Disc 2 was the real bonus as it had quite a few tracks that I haven`t got. The Albert Malawi track "A Lonely Walk" was a real treat and one I had never heard before.

Thanks for bringing this set to my attention i saw it when it came out, and did not realy take much notice of it,What a great set especialy for Niney and perry fans.i think some of the Perry tracks are better than the ones on their recent Lee perry 2 cd set.

Hello Dave ,Deadly Dragon Sounds in NYC had Lonely Walk on 12" recently on the Iration label.There is also a dub version on Jr Dans KTW Dub Turbo album.

Thanks for the heads up on this one Dave. I ordered it from the same site and opted for free delivery and notification when it becomes available. Got an email a few hours later to say that had been dispatched. It arrived today and am now listening to disc 2 - killer roots.

Hi JJ, thanks for heads up on that, but I haven`t had vinyl in my house for years. Not allowed it anymore cds only
