Ras Michael 'Rockin Live - Ruff N Tuff ' LP - label question.

Until recently, I've only seen this LP with the blue and white label. Now I've seen a brown and white label, all the other info on the label is the same though [primarily the year, 1980].
Anybody know if the brown and white label copy came out at the same time as the blue and white one?
Someone told me he thinks the brown and white one may have came out later but he can't be for certain.
