Hi there

I'm looking for a Reggaesong, Period (i guess) '75-'83, Lyrics contain the catchphrase "careless ethiopians".
I'm not looking for "Ten thousand Ethiopians" by Bim Sherman or "80.000 careless ethiopians" by Inner Circle. As far as i remember it was a roots reggae harmony group. Thanks for brainstorming...

might be a bit off topic but there is a tune called ethiopians by owen gray. some of the Lyrics are ethiopians they are dying everyday. Has a lovely sufferer style this tune..

You may be looking for the heavy steppers piece by HT Spliff called "Ten Thousand (careless Ethiopians)". Truly a wicked, wicked tune, as is the entire album -"Out of the earths womb" on Septic Records. Some of Mark Lusardi's best engineering works IMHO.

Another song with those lyrics is Rasta Harvest, by The Eagles (Jack Ruby Presents The Black Foundation, Heartbeat).
