Hi everyone please help me find a song thats been eluding me for years!

it goes like

" you better love .. and leave give all the love you can give prepare to move on cause this place is not..."

it has little parts of piano between the lyrics and coral parts in the background

I think the best would be if you could just do a small rip of the song from the cassette and upload it for us. It's always much easier to ID a song that way.
