Bob Marley Confrontation Columbia Import LP

Anyone have any info on this import LP? I got it for a few dollars at a used record shop and it is in great condition. It's an import from Columbia catalog
#18(0831)00235 and is a gatefold sleeve. Sure it's not worth much but wasn't sure if it was a recent repress or if it was old.
