Greetings one&all, since a time i have listening to lots of soundsystem records, sessions, etc. I see that lot of them play "similar" productions and lots of them dont play some "classics" bands. I mean, its very hard to listen bands like , for example :israel vibration,culture,marley , etc. Maybe i am wrong but thats my feeling. What do you think about this?

I think all of those have been played in the dance at some time or another, but overall sound systems tend to play local hits and what the people who follow the sound are hearing. Not so much the international artistes signed to major record labels, it's more inward-looking.
