The Mighty Three's Sata + Rasta Business (Extented Versions)

New limited edition - beautiful silk screened Art Cover, wow - claiming it is previously unreleased. How is that possible? The 12" was released by APRIL in 1978. Does anyone know. Could it be the tunes lifted off the original 12" and remixed (i.e. extended) simply connecting loops using a computer software, or perhaps producer had masters with extended versions indeed previously not released?
