Can someone please let me know the exact line up of musicians on this lp? I think Sly & Robbie are included.

The riddims are "Taxi Gang", who at that time were Sly & Robbie, Willie Lindo (guitar) and Robbie Lyn (keyboards) with likely Nambo and Dean Fraser on horns.
