Hi everebody,

I need your help because I'm wondering what are artists who are linked with the 12 Tribes organization ?
Except artists appear on the legendary Showcase or some famous artists like Marley, Fred locks or Israel Vibration. I also know Sangie Davis and Albert Malawi are members of this organization but do you know other man or woman linked (near or far) to 12 Tribes?

Sister Carol, Scepta, Jahziel Naphtali, Bazil Gayle, Cherry Rock, Patrick Junior, Orthodox Issachar, Sydney Salmon, Makedah, Judah Eskender Tafari, Culture Dan, Boom Dawn & Kafren all feature with Sangie Davis on "Shine Your Light", which is a Twelve Tribes Production. Chinna Smith & Dean Fraser were involved in the production of one track on the CD, so they probably have sympathy, if not some association, with the organisation. Others with links are Freddie McGregor, Shinehead, Half Pint, Beres Hammond, Pablove Black & Bagga Walker.

I'm just finished to read an french article about the 12 Tribes of Israel publised on Natty Dread Magazine. I can see on it an interview of Ewan Naptali and he said he recorded (in addition to Africa awaiting its creators) another single in the 80's called Send Us Home. Do you ever hear/see it ?
In an other part of article, they speak about an album 9 Voices credited to the Visionnaires, same question what is it ?

What I noticed is that some former producers keep unreleased recordings as some sort of trophies with them..

9 Voices is an all-inclusive TTOI members only album... meaning you would have to, in all likely hood, be a card carrying member of the House to have access to it back in the day... There is another release, "12 Voices Jamaica" that is magnificent... Studio 12 productions..
on the question of the other Ewan Naphtali track, that was run in the dance by Jah Love Muzik, which was the Ifficial soundsystem for TTOI....
