I've been enjoying Cancer Dub by I-Roy lately. It's an incredible dub set with beautiful arrangements by Tommy McCook and Deadly Headly on.

the Light of Saba have some very mellow horns, but if you want more upbeat, then Tommy McCook instrumental versions are good, like people have already said.

Tommy McCook has been mentioned a number of times, but this Yabby U-produced set with Bobby Ellis is perhaps my favourite...

"Cancer" is one of my favorite albums but ive always considered it more an instrumental album as opposed to a dub album
This is also worth checking out for its horns `n` dub
