Alric Forbes - Warn the Nation (Forbes 7")

are there two mixes of this tune on the Forbes label? there is one that is identical to the one on BAF's Jesus Dread comp but i swear i've heard of another mix by this title, and on this label, that sounds less muscular and i *think* has a different vocal take?
if i'm right, how can i tell between the two by looking at the label?

There is another take of "Warn the Nation" (aka Jah Love), on the Forbes 7" inch. To my knowledge the more common take wasn't never released on 7" inch (the one you can hear on "Jesus Dread" comp). Correct me if I am wrong.

Wait a second. It seems the more common take is heard on Forbes label but is credited as "Warn the Nation" - The Prophets. While the later 1978 take is credited as "Warn the Nation" - Alric Forbes.

ahhh, okay so the release credited to alric forbes is a later take from '78 that is NOT the tune on Jesus Dread. the release credited to the prophets IS the same as that on Jesus Dread. that would make sense, i suppose. i guess my lingering concern (that i could be wrong on) is that i heard the "lesser" cut played from that earlier blue label release in the link you gave. at least this gives me a specific question now, cheers!
