Earl Sixteen "Reggae Sound"

I recently bought this on CD from Ernie B and it arrived yesterday.
The sound quality is fantastic and the extra tracks just enhance what was already a superb record. Added to this it comes in a nice cardboard gatefold CD case.
All this for what worked out to be about £12.00 including P&P
I would definately recommend this CD to anyone who doesnt already own it.
Wouldn`t it be great if Ernie B could get issued "Master Showcase" "Jungle Signal" Dub Catalogue" and "Dub Merchant" too as they too need a CD issue.

Hopefully they re-press the Watty Burnett - dancing shoes 12"

Received my copy the other day and has been in constant rotation since. I bought a copy of the cd and lp. I just love the Mikey Dread riddims and Sowell's guitar playing is great on this album.
As far as more DATC records getting repressed I'm all for it. Would love to see the Sowell Radics- All Nite Jammin and the Ovationz-Shy Girl 12" available.

And don't forget "Bad Man Possee" by Junior Murvin, either.

I picked up a copy recently of the Bad Man Posse 12" that seems to be some sort of repress from DATC. It has the same matrix # as the original but with an "R" and Bad Man Posse goes straigt into a Mikey Dread dj cut called Badda-Badman Style with the dub on side B. Nice record.

To me the cd sounds a bit like someone has turned the treble knob entirely to the right but that might be me...
Great music and that's the main thing
