Skatalites first record 1953 Another Chance - A.Robinson - Downbeat

I saw a old 78rpm record up on ebay today,

it wasn't listed in the reggae category and i think this is why there where no bids on it till very last minute but i did a little search on it and discovered a few articles which talked about Skully Sim's talking about his first ever record in 1953 on downbeat label and many people where thinking that he got the dates mixup but this is that record which David Katz mentions in one of his books, first time i ever seen it on sale and i just wish i would have bidded a little higher. Surely this record has to be worth a lot of money?? or am i wrong??
The same seller has plenty of rare vinyl and dubplates:
