Hello Ray,
can you tell me where I can get this ? According to the Small Axe website it is sold out. How can you get a review in MOJO when the item is not available ?

The Review in MOJO was probably quite some time ago. But from what I've understood Ray presses up new copies of old books every now and then so there's a good chance it might be available. Last time I spoke to Ray there was a new book in the making (if I recall correctly I think he even might have sent it off to the presses) so perhaps older books will be available again together with that one.
... long story short. Send Ray a mail through his website and he'll give you the complete info.

Small Axe 3 is published now by the way. Some great interviews in it.
