Johnny Clarke - I'm almost certain.
I mean, the guy released more songs than just about anyone else, didn't he - including covers of stuff released the same week (is that being a lazy hack?)?

I got kinda confused by the question and took it as whose songs were just versioned by most over all, but just by deejays, then I think Horace Andy.
