Help to ID a tune

I was recently sorting through my record collection and came accross a completely unmarked 12" white label. I don't remember where I got it and I have no idea what it is!

Searched discogs.com using the catalog number which is scratched into runout of the record but it is not on there.

Been asking everyone I know and nobody has a clue!

I think it is on Sir George records as the catalog number is SG 043

I have uploaded the track here:

If anyone fancies having a listen and can identify who it is and what the track is - let me know! It is really bugging me!

I would say s and g records. Sounds like the stuff they churned out in the 80's. Not sure on track or artist though.Sorry

It sounds like a version of the "You Don't Care" riddim, so you might find it searching for that. Sounds like it might be called something like "Wha wrong wi dem", but I can't find anything on Google for that.

Thanks for the help.

It could be S&G records - couldn't find much evidence of them having releases above catalog number SG 030 - but definate possibility.

As for 'You Don't Care' think it is for sure. In fact, it is very very similar to Nora Dean's Barbwire (some lyrics match too).

Will keep hunting!
