to Stick-a-Bush: I definitely think that Lee Perry is aware of his 75th birthday :-).
I met him around seven/eight years ago backstage after a concert in Hamburg, Germany (venue = Fabrik) and was very positively surprised - the communication was very easy and good. His swiss wife was also there!

According to his official MySpace page he was born March 20th, 1936.
But what do numbers count?!?
He is the path finder of surrealistic psychedelic fantasmorgical Dub music, and his early sessions with Bob Marley (long before Nesta went to Island recs and the equalizing Chris Blackwell) were really groundbreaking.
He is one of the greatest sound masters and innovators in Roots music, that's for sure.
