King Tubby Meets The Aggrovators

[sonic]

If you looks this up on amazon.co.uk, you get a whole serie of 23 cd releases with titles like:

I Roy Meets King Tubby & The Aggrovators
Tommy McCook Meets King Tubby & The Aggrovators
Augustus Pablo Meets King Tubby & The Aggrovators
etc

All have almost the same cover (the only difference is the artist's name)

The label is Authentic Jamaican Music (which sounds like a bogus label to me).

Did anyone hear any of these and can shed a light to what it actually contains?

I cannot say that I know for sure, but I am guessing that they are compilations of various stuff by (sometimes) the said artists. I am quite sure if you have a decent collection, you have everything that is on these albums. I wouldn't bother.

Can't say for certain, but I suspect that it's just another low-budget Bunny Lee repackaging deal. This would seem to be his thing nowadays.
