Hi,

This is what I quoted on this site a while ago.

I quite often ask the guys/girls on this forum for their opinions on certain releases.

You get to know the peoples tastes over a period of time and can usually get a feel for a particular release from their comments.

I`ve picked up some excellent stuff that I may well have passed on if I had`nt got their opinions.

This is a great forum because of people and the commitment they have to the music they love.
People who have years of knowledge to share and I for one am glad that I can use this Knowledge in my quest for great music.

Nuff Said

Big respect to all of you.

This is a fantastic forum and website, no doubt! The forum over at Blood & Fire is full of EXTREMELY knowledgeable fans too. I have been collecting reggae for over a decade, and many conversations/topics there are even over my head! Mindboggling knowledge for sure...

yeh this is a great website and forum, but blood+Fire u can't beat for info, u can find out almost anything over there if u use the search option, as far as getting questions answered and information the 2 best reggae websites gotta be this one and b+f. but roots archives is in a category of it's own, the best album artwork archive i ever seen online. It's a shame they don't have a upload option though, i know u can email stuff in but an upload option would be better then maybe they could have someone look over whats been uploaded.

i did mail Ron, and his response was reasonable, ie they dont welcome political rubbish here so avoid controversy. none of which explains why 2 previous emails were ignored, nor why 2 subsequent PMs to ron have been ignored. and in fact, twice when emailing moderators about the russian spammers polluting the boards, my pm has come on screen as a message,,,summats wrong guys!!sort it...
