Congos: heart of the congos (LSP is a genious)
Half moon records: PK8 (with two sounds of Pluggy Satchmo)...

3 is too hard but here are 3 definitly among the best IMO:

Prince Alla "Heaven Is My Roots" (Stars and NOT the poorly remastered BAF reissue) perhaps my fav LP.

Earth & Stone "Kool Roots" (Cha Cha)

Burning Spear "Marcus Garvey" (either the slightly overdubed Island verion or the Fox jam press)
