Good find on the "Dub Basket" really like those Rupie Edwards dubs. Try and find Chapter 2 as also a good dub album
BTW, where is this shop? (or is that a secret)

absolutely ! I also have Jamaican Serenade on cactus.. another great piece (bought that at Haggle for 15 quid a few months ago )
The 2 records mentioned above I found here in my hometown Rotterdam, Holland. However they very rarely have anything interesting, so not really worth the visit if foreigners are here around.
I only found 1 obscure Delroy Wilson single there during the last 3 years, next to those 2 albums last month. 90 percent of what they normally buy/sell is UB40, Gregory Isaacs, Alpha Blondy, Bob Marley, very common Trojan records etc etc. I think the owners are more into jazz music.

Hard riddims and *very* slack lyrics, I imagine many of these tracks meant to follow the popularity of General Echo's records at the time

I came real close to buying that one in a shop a couple of days ago...but in the end I went with this instead:
[cover=982,1133]
Great album, been walking around humming "You Never Know" since I got it!
Also bought this fairly recently:
[cover=796,926]
Absolut killer material, the highlight for me probably being "Rizla Skank". The intro just sets the mood for the entire set...
