Received my copy yesterday . Nice to have this as a slab of vinyl , rather than a hit on YouTube ! Love the way the vocals die down , then Perry goes to town . Also , the bass runs in the last couple of minutes are superb . Well worth the asking price . Recommended imo . :)

Could they smell the herb LSP blew on the master tapes?

Anyone who has it what's the alternative mix on the b side like, anything earth shatteringly different?

Not radically different, very similar, have to play it more to compare.
Plays well heavy and clear, and for me i'ts nice to have it on 45.

I received mine last week - superfast service from Dub Vendor. The sound quality is first class too. It hasn't left the turntable since!

Yes the pressing is superb, I'd rate it up there with the other superb reggae pressing, Zen Bow's - Impressions on Gramps/Reel Heavy 12".

I truly wish every vinyl reissue could be perfected to the pinnacle of quality that these two releases have reached.

It's a great record, but I'm completely puzzled over the label artwork. Why use a mock up of an EMI test pressing instead of making it a Black Art or Upsetters "Disco Music" or something like that?
