just IMO, if you want good french spoken reggae on vinyl, just try the 12" "Je m'explique" by "Rootsy Lion" on Roots Spirit Production. It's digi roots from 2006 i think.
If you want traditional roots like check Raspigaous, Positive radical Sound, first album of Sinsemillia
