Split stereo or fake stereo albums where in ina late '60 early '70 in music.
Even Pop albums like the Beatles where in split Stereo and are remasterd in real stereo in the '80.

There were other Studio 1 "split stereo" albums, from memory the 2 Juk's Incorporation dub albums, Freddy McKay's Picture on the Wall and Jackie Mittoo's Macka Fat, plus there were other Peckings Studio 1 albums but more recent ones - Tuffest (instrumental) and 7" Auction (I think).
