to my ears they sound pretty much alike but that doesnt proof anything

its probable the 'R' stands for Rod someone should ask rod taylor about that
i believe he still lives in france btw

All of those Solid State 7 and 12"es are produced by Taylor..but these are 2 different persons.. People close to Rod have confirmed this several times on Blood&Fire..

Every now and then the old rumour appears that Chester = Freddie. Don't know where this comes from but simply listening to both voices makes it clear that this is not the case. As a Freddie fanatic I can say : please trust me !
