The issue is the council say its the polices problem and the police say its the councils problem, so nothing gets done.
Combine that with drink and hard drugs the communites and sink esatates are being run by 16 year olds and get the 12 year old doing the drugs drops.
We all know what lamping is in the youth culture but the youth dont knoe about cold lamping, it could be to do with turkeys and the lights go out, or the lights just go out on no drugs, but no one punched you.

The sink esates are the governments problem and throwing 32 million pound at it aint gonna inprove anything but the government image that they have got most of the 32 million pound back with no questions.
I remember when Tony Blair made a visit to our sink estate saying to the press what lovely improvement they have made, while the residents where shouting out their windows "Go back home Tony your full of swear words came next" and you could hear it on the news.
When the government leave sink estate in a state of a third world country for years and years, its going to take even more years and years to fix it.about a year just to fix the lifts for starters.
The government should of been doing stuff years ago and thats why they are in such a mess.
