Augustus was a big musicans IMO

not just the music, the arranging, production too.

I met him a few times and worked with him. He stayed at my place.
He had 2 kids ( or maybe 3?) who must be early 20s now.
His artistic name was given by Herman Chin -Loy.
Swaby is an english surname, not indian (?)
Pablo was left-handed! That's why he play he held melodica and keyboards in a unusual way (and melodicas are designed for right handed people!), that's why he played piano with his arms crossed! he also wrote and ate with his left.
He was very introvert some times....I believe also that his constant ill health (since very young) affected his personality.
Short sighted. Very particular about his diet and natural medicines.
Great music knowledge. He could distinguished reggae keyboard players easily)

I don't think he was born in 52, I can't remember exactly if it was 53 o 54 ( I had to photocopy of his passport for a visa...have it somewhere).

Anyway, kind of feel inappropriate to talk about people's private life......

Augustus put on one of his album sleeves that one of his daughters was called Isis.Funny that someone said he was perfunctory on stage, some tell me he was ace on stage.

Yes, i guess thats true for many artists.With AP, sometimes i get into his music, especially Eastman dub but other material you need to really be in the mood to listen to it.Good overall though i feel.

I still have a 3 hour radio special somewere from a Utah/ Salt Lake City radio channel ( done in 2006 ) 2 of his brothers are interviewed (Garth and Mark Swaby ) and several other people from his inner circle.
