Twelve Tribes of Israel LP reissued?

I can see 3 copies having been sold and 3 still to be sold. 5 of the sellers are based in Jamaica.

I don't see Deadly Dragon selling it, but hear that they went to Jamaica recently. If they are selling it for top dollar, perhaps they were told it was original when they found their copy?

It's a very rare record.. so if now magically 9 show up in mint condition.. then it's a fraud....

and there's also a Brazilian seller offering it right now..

I laugh at those people who bought it for 4 or 500 dollar... because it's pure greed...

Exactly what I though. Original presses I think not ... they have to be either reissued by TToI or bootlegs.

Yes I too believe it is a bootleg and seems to come from Jamaica

such a wicked lp. the spliffy dan tune is the one. i wouldnt mind grabbing a reissue for a reasonable price if it is legit. . but its a shame that people are being so naive and paying that price for something that is a bootleg or re-issue. all the signs are there and we've all noticed them.

uhm...to be honest...i had suspect after that i've seen the second copy in few days but on the first one i didn't notice it was a botleg...and looking at the 5/10 copies sold for 350/400/500 and more dollars...seems that many others didn't notice it!
The descriptions from the sellers didn't help because in all the description i've seen , it was described as original...

anyway i feel lucky that i didn't win it the first time...but i'm afraid to see that kind of things.

there are warehouses of records all over the world. it is quite possible someone found a stack of this record in a warehouse somewhere. not saying its not a boot, pirate more like, but just saying its not beyond the realm of possibility the copies you saw were legit.
