It sounds like something has gone wrong as he usually confirms shipment as soon as the money has cleared. As its still pending it could be he has just forgot to post it.

He does work alone and runs most of the business from his home and as his business has grown I think he has got a bit overwhelmed. I would say its a case of him not being very organised as opposed to being dishonest.

If you can sign up into the forum and send me a PM with your name and address and the details title, artist of the single i`ll ring him for you and PM you back his response.

Hi Dave,
That is a mighty kind offer of you. Thank you. I will send you a private message.

I'll keep you lot updated on the situation. It'll be interesting to see if a phone call is going to solve everything. If the order finally goes through I can even reveal the tune in question, trust me, it's a killer!

I've bought quite a few records from system over the last years. Generally they arrive in good time with no problem.

I agree with Bionic D it properly just a paperwork problem.

I once had a similar problem and after a few unanswered emails I called him. He was very friendly and processed things quickly after the call. But he asked me to call again if there were any future problems. He seems to get to many emails.....

Mick emailed me shortly after Dave's call. It turned out to be a glitch in their system that caused sold items not to be taken off the database. So my record was already sold when I bought it. Bummer. Mick refunded my paypal instantly and told me the glitch would be sorted over the weekend.

Once again thanks Dave for the help.

Oh, and in case anyone's interested; the tune I tried to buy was Private Tabby - One Girl Gone also known as No Worry Yourself, killer rub a dub on the Solomon riddim. The hunt continues.
