... one thing certain its a dream of a tune, Jut, and btw totally with you on that Heptones ghost vocal thing on the dub, truly a great mystery ... still i also hear a "regular" Upsetter treatment of the Fantell's own vocals on the dub aswell; the same seemingly ad hoc short bites of cut short and dubbed out vocal interjections thats Upsetter trademarked on so many other tunes, among a scala of other typicals ofcourse ... with no Jammy around within a mile or seven ...

Re: Secret Black Ark/Lee Perry Productions
Its just the people who don't recognize Ark sound tell Hiori 7" is an ark recording. 3pan1, Ron and David Katz disagrees with you Ziggggy. I say thats pretty clear.

Re: Secret Black Ark/Lee Perry Productions
You forgot chungdejah he also disagrees and also knows a great deal. I thought David Katz mentioned it but doesnt matter. I have got the rule the one that listen allot to other experts never will discover a true black ark gem, not listed anywere. But will always follow and copy the Lee Perry collection of others.
I thought the way the drumcomputer was used on the Hiori was blackarklike(lacking that drumcomputer on the LP). Donnot know others which used the drumcomputer that way at the time. But probably you can tell were it was recorded by listing other songs which have that same drumcomputer at the time and are recorded else then the black ark. That would honestly convince me. Because a man that sticks by his opinion after proven wrong by facts is truly ignorant.
The black ark sound comes in many forms prio 1975. But we discussed that already.
Also make up your onw mind it is the only freedom that you have got. I remember the time that Three Blind Mice was regarded by experts as the only black ark recorded track on revelation time. I remember when Black Ark in Dub wasnt regarded as recorded in the Ark or regarded as overdubbed Perry black ark tracks by others with weird sounds. Nothing is certain and that is how it is. Nice talking to you and please let me have my opinion. Like I respect the opinion of the experts. Well, those who make up their own minds.

I'll let you have you're own opinion. I'm alright with that but I'm just interested in actual black ark tracks.
