Re: Sergent Pepper!!!
At the time the album was released (1983) I just started buying reggae albums myself. I heard "Time a Go Dread" on a local radiostation and I thought it was a murder-tune. Though in 1983 we didn't exactly use this phrase, I think we just said it was a 'really great tune'.
The radiostation didn;t mention the artist and I only found out years later that this was Sgt Pepper.
If only I knew that back then, I would have definitely bought the album.'
Of course, not everybody has to agree whether it's a good or bad album. But for me this album is a 'classic' (for sentimental reasons).
I have a great deal of 'classic-roots-murder-or-whatever' albums and this album is certainly one for my wantlist.

Well, if you have sentimental reasons thats normal too...
For answer of your first question Dj Bdr:
To me the album with Jah Shaka is better (cause only 5 songs but 5 greats), the best tune of both albums are "judgement day" on judgement day album, but very close with my favs jah shaka album tunes as "i've got a joy" or "jah jah a martial", and the others great tunes on judgement days are less goods that the others jah shaka ones plus 3 easy and pretty flat ones at end...
lol, good luck man!
