Without a doubt my fave voice in reggae has to be Leroy Don Smart. I will listen to ANYTHING the man sings all the way thru, even if critics may consider it trash, I can find no fault with this artist whatsoever.
The man is great, a living legend.......Just curious to know if he is in any type of hall of fame or if he has received any merit for his services to reggae cos he really does deserve it for being a stalwart in the business for 40 years and more...

Real Singers with great voices, who also would be accepted by eg the pop soul/world are IMHO Dennis Brown, Alton Ellis and Ken Boothe.
