Up Park Camp is also the location of the first Gun Court (built in 1974), and the Red Fence Detention Quarters - that was where opposition leaders and other high ranking supporters were jailed indefinitely without charge during and after the 1976 State Of Emergency.... that is the part of "Up Park Camp" that John Holt is referring to.
