Really downsized my music buying lately which is nice. But I bought this album at least and it's a nice set even if I'm not the biggest fan of Big Youth.

@6anbatte: Another great choice! A really under-rated Sugar LP, that, I think. All of the tracks are great, but I particularly like "Chatty Chatty Mouth".

My fave is "Nah Go To South Africa". Just can't get enough of the "He Prayed" riddim.

Just received this 10 mins. ago:

12" on Third World - Vin Gordon - Grass In The Sun // Split Second in EX condition

Last auction of this gem ended up too expensive. But this time it was an "unseen" thing with just two bidders. Bredrin, this makes my day cause I was so disappointed last time when I failed.

Will spin it immediately. It´s dedicated to you.
Give thanks.

Blessed,
Lion I

Thought I was doing good not buying any music lately since I needed to save up and then I went to a friends record store with all my money spent (Still €80 for the lot isn't too bad);
[cover=493,600] [cover=128,133] [cover=1709,2007] [cover=606,718] [cover=2789,3237] [cover=1187,1367] [cover=83,90] [cover=1772,2084] [cover=280,315]

+ Gregory Isaacs - Just Infatutation 12" (Jah Shaka)

The high point being the Cornell album and the let down was the incredibly boring Bunny Wailer album.

I quite like Rock and Groove, the original version anyway. Still each to his own I suppose.

Here's my recent purchases

[Cover=5821]

For the additional tracks especially Homeward Bound

and

[cover=47,46]

to replace a worn out poor pressing, although the vocals in Hello Carol are way down in the mix, which I didn't have on my first copy.
