A wise man once told me that religion is about self discovery , self realisation and establishing a personal relationship with God.

He told me that God/Jah/Buddha resides at the top of a mountain and there are many pathways that lead to the top of that mountain. Which path is the right path is not for you or I to say but it is the journey one takes and the reaching of the summit that truly matters.

Religion does not cause war and discord. It is the people's interpretation of religion and in turn their actions that lead them into conflict.

If you think that your religion is the one and only true way to God/Jah then you are on a collision course to conflict.

War runs away from the true warrior's mouth.

So, I hope this is not getting personal, but it seems to me that as I am against homosexuality, I hate gays or I do not love my brother. As I said previously, I am against homosexuality because my faith and my Bible enlightens me to understand that as a wrong lifestyle, but I also said that I I nah point no finger to no one, so I am against Homosexuality but I do not burn fyah to individuals because I&I can't judge no one, Bible says so. I don't feel being againt Homosexuality means to judge, because I&I know it is a sin before the eyes of the God of Israel, me nah say it, it is in the Bible. We all chant down babylon, can you accuse us of "judging" Babylon?.

I agree with the fact that if one chooses to live by certain rules, the Bible for example, that person should follow all rules not only the ones that suit. Still, it is impossible to follow all rules to the letter, because we all are sinners and make mistakes, but in my case, I try my best. So, I strongly do not think that being against Homosexuality means you do not love your bredrin.
And I do believe that 90% of the rasta singers surely include sodomism in their "chanting down babylon". Of course, as bwoyrough said, a gay Reggae singer would not openly declare it, still I would not mind it, but if he claims to be a rasta, that is another issue...

Oh, and I don't like my reggae with all that burn fyah to battyman and all that...

I think it's the more extreme views is what causes concern for most people, when people start to victimism others and like u say burn them out, it's when some peopole actually do beat others up for what they are that i have a problem with. everyone is entitled to there own beliefs and i respect all groups views including the anti-gay one so long as no violence or victimisation takes place unjustly, it's acceptable not to like something bu when it's taken a step further and people get killed for what they are, thats whats bad in my eyes. we will never get everyone to agree on this subject but it's nice to be able to talk about it without insults flying round.

I suppose the world in general needs more Compassion.It is a difficult state of mind to reach on some subjects.But if could happen 100% imagine the possibilities.

I respect your opinion javier. I defend homosexuality for I truly believe that gay people don't choose to be gay.

In the late 1930's early 1940's Adolf Hitler and his National Socialist party went about rounding up all the Jews , gypsies , communists , the mentally disabled and homosexuals as well.

He then preceded to liquidate this portion of German society.

I have met someone who was in Buchenwald (one of the camps) and he said that if hell ever existed then he has been there and seen it.

This is why I am weary of anyone who says that homosexuality is immoral.

Right on. If its not religion is skin color, culture, social statis, etc. There will always be something to rage war about and seperate the people. Can't we all get along?

this kinda action is just typical of todays gutless society and we must stick together and say bunny is right and that he has the right!!
