Winnie Mandela - Carlene Davis

No More Walls - Dennis Brown/ the entire One Man One Vote album on Greensleeves showcases versions to this magnificent tune but does not include the wicked dub on the D Brown 7".

if you are into that tune check out the d brown no more walls 12" released on 'two friends' lable with an extra dub on the flip and the shabba ranks cut on a seperate 12" same lable with even another dubversion on that flip
all ruff!

perhaps those are already featured on that greensleeves showcase which i dont have

The Shabba vocal tune is on 'One Man One Vote'. So is a Dean Fraser instrumental. I will keep my eyes peeled for either of the 12"s (well I have been for about 20 years with no luck already!). But the 7" dub keeps me happy, it's murderous!

There was a JA cut of 'Sing Our Own Song' that my dj spar used to play out back in the mid 90s. Don't know who it was by or what label tho. Wicked tune.

Forgot about these ones:

Jimmy Cliff: Pressure

Aswad: Set Them Free

As far the lyrics of the Chalice song the chorus is pretty simple as I recall, but I'd have to listen to the whole thing to remember:

Peter Botha is a batty man
How can a leader be a batty man?
