Great producer / arranger / mixer / composer but can't sing to save his life.

Ide still say lee perry especialy as the track goes into gypsy woman. i think the artist is credited as upsetter revue featuring Junior Murvin.
who ever it is its not Junior Murvin on the deeper vocals as you hear them singing both together.
